Any clubs using an Essl X990, Essl I clock, Suprema A2/L2/W2 can use RFID/Mifare card for enrolling the staff to access the club. Note: ESSL X990, IClock can support any one of these cards either RFID or Mifare. However, the compatibility can be checked through the Essl vendor.



  • For staff card enrollment login Fitnessforce Software & click on Settings > Manage tenant user list. Search for the staff name & click on the Edit button against the staff name.



  • You’ll be redirected to the user edit page. Scroll down to the middle of the page & you will find the Card no field. You can fill in the card number that you want to assign to your staff & click on the update button.



  • Now open the access control application & click on the Manual Sync button. 



  • Manual Sync will start & the card details will be sent to the connected access control device.



  • Once the sync is complete you can tap the assigned card on the access control device & it will show the staff details whether access granted or denied on the access control device.


FAQ’s


1. When I tap the card on the biometric machine it does not respond?

Ans. The biometric device supports different card types (RFID/Mifare). You can check with your Access control device vendor about the biometric device configuration & the supported card type.


2. Where do I buy RFID and Mifare cards?

Ans. You can get these cards from any vendor who sells Suprema or ESSL devices.


3. Can I change the assigned card number and re-assigned the new one to the staff?

Ans. Yes, you can delete the assigned card number. You can refer to the document Staff enrollment
