Forgot password feature enables the user or the staff to reset the password on their own by using the registered email id, in an event where they have forgotten the password.
Open google chrome browser.
Type your company’s software URL in the address bar.
Click on the Forgot password link.
Enter your registered Email-id.
Click on the Submit button.
You will receive an email with an OTP on your registered email ID.
Enter the OTP & click on the Continue button.
If the OTP is correct you will be asked to set a new login password.
Type the Password that you want to keep & click on the Change button.
Once the password is changed you will get a message to login with the new password.
