About the feature


  • The renewal report is a good way to review the renewal data and take corrective action for the renewals not done. It allows you to analyze the revenue generated through renewals, the number of members renewed as well as the time span in which the renewal was done. The time span can be measured in three ways as :


    • In- Period Selected – refers to the membership being renewed on the day when it was due for renewal

    • Pre bought – refers to the membership being renewed before the period in which its due for renewal

    • In Past – refers to the membership being renewed post the expiry date of the due membership


How to Check the Renewal Report


  • Click on reports


  • Open the renewal report



  • In the Renewal report on the right-hand corner next to ‘What would you like to do? gives you a drop-down of check renewals done


  • There is an icon on the extreme right-hand corner as ‘More’


  • By clicking on more you have a list of various other fields to refine your search such as:

    • The date(From Date- To Date) range to view the renewals  done in a particular time period

    • Membership Type

    • Membership Name

    • Membership Status

    • Package Name

    • Campaign Name

    • Client Representative (Follow-ups under a particular client representative)

    • Enquiry Type

    • Enquiry Source

    • Gender

    • Workout Time

    • Location

    • Session Owner

    • Organization

    • Renewal Type (Pre- bought/In Period/In Past)


  • After selecting the various filters you can narrow down your search to obtain the desired results


  • Lastly, click on ‘Search’



The Detailed Information of the Renewals :


  • The number of renewals due will appear


  • The entire detailed list of renewals will appear based on the filters selected


  • It will show  you the amount received through renewals & number of renewals done under the following headings:

    • In Period

    • Pre-Bought

    • In Past


  • The detailed report will show the

    • Client Name

    • Client Representative

    • Membership Name

    • Membership Type

    • Purchase Date

    • Activation Date

    • Expiry Date

Ans. In-Period refers to the membership being renewed in the period when it was due for renewal
