This feature enables you to view the timestamps of all your users logged in the software. However, this feature is only accessible to the individual or staff with the administrator’s rights to the software.



  • To access the software. You can log in with your respective Username and Password. 


  • Select ‘Users’ and click on 'List'. You’ll be redirected to the new page as shown below. 



There are 2 ways to view the user timestamp:


1) Overall User Login Timestamp


  • Click on the User login time stamp option as shown in the above screenshot. You’ll get a new pop-up screen.



  • You can view the entire login timestamp in descending order as mentioned in the above screenshot. On this page, you can see the username, login id, date and time, ip address, and status whether the access is granted to the software or denied.



2) Individual User Login Timestamp


  • In the ‘List’ page you will see the list of users. Click on the 'Edit' option on the left side of the respective user name.


  • After clicking on ‘Edit’ this will redirect you to another page.



  • Click on the 'User Login Timestamp' option. You’ll get a new pop-up screen.



  • You can view the entire login timestamp in descending order as mentioned in the above screenshot. On this page, you can see the username, login id, date and time, IP address, and status whether the access is granted to the software or denied.

Ans: Any individual who has been provided with the Administrator rights on the software.

Ans: You can access the older records by scrolling through the page number option at the bottom of the page.
