Automated SMS feature enables you to send SMS to your clients when required. Based on the criteria you set for the SMS template, the automated SMS will be sent to the clients. e.g. if you wish to send a feedback SMS to the client after 15 days of the activation date. 


How is an SMS template configured?

 

  • Login in to your FitnessForce Software

 

  • Go to Settings > Click on – SMS Master

 


  • Click on – Create New

 

  • Under Send SMS – Select: Automated

 



  • Template Name – Write down the identification name e.g. Feedback

 

  • SMS – Here you can choose before or after date or the current date. e.g. before 15 days of expiry, after 15 days of the activation date, or current date for Birthday

 

  • Date Type – The Date Type will allow you to choose on or before a certain membership status. e.g. you choose SMS “After” 15 days of “Activation Date”

 


  • Product Type – you can select if you want to send SMS to all service or a certain product type. 

 


Note – You can use the variables below to personalize the SMS.

 

  • FIRSTNAME – Will pick up the client name from the client profile

  • LASTNAME - Will pick up the client last name from the client profile

  • MIDDLE NAME - Will pick up the client middle from the client profile

  • MEMBER ID – Will pick up the client id from the client profile

  • Click on Status as Active to activate the template.
