Live SMS feature enables you to send SMS on a real-time basis to your clients. e.g. after creating a bill or a receipt or creating and updating appointment status.

 

How is an SMS template configured?

 

  • Login in to your FitnessForce Software

 

  • Go to Settings > Click on – SMS Master

 


  • Click on – Create New

 

  • Under Send SMS – Select: Live

 

 

  • Template Name – you can choose the name for which you want to configure the SMS. e.g. you want the SMS to be sent while creating a bill or receipt or appointment.

 

  • Appointment Purpose - You can choose the purpose for which appointment you want to configure the SMS.

 

 

  • Appointment Status - you can choose for which appointment status after updating you want the SMS to be sent to notify your client about the appointment status change.

 


Note – You can use the variables below to personalize the SMS.

 

  • FIRSTNAME – Will pick up the client name from the client profile

  • LASTNAME - Will pick up the client lastname from the client profile

  • MIDDLENAME - Will pick up the client middle from the client profile

  • MEMBERID – Will pick up the client id from the client profile

  • Click on Status as Active to activate the template.
