This document will enable the FitnessForce Account Managers to install the Access control application for the club using ESSL x990 & ESSL I clock devices.
1. Check System requirements:
Mandate Computer configuration requirement for better functionality of Access Control software are as below:
a. Processor: Minimum: Intel Core i3 @ 3.30GHz. Recommended: Intel Core i5 or better.
b. Ram: Minimum: 4GB. Recommended : 8GB.
c. Operating system:
Windows 7 Ultimate / Professional 32-bit OS with Service pack 1: If the operating system is Windows 7 then check whether the service pack 1 is installed or not on the client system if not then copy the files from google drive and install.

Windows 10: If the operating system is Windows 10 update the OS to the latest version & the Regional/MS access language should be English.
d. Hard Disk: Minimum: 50 GB, Recommended: 100 GB, Disk Format: NTFS Format Recommended
e. Network: There should not be any network drop in the local area network between the biometric device & computer. To open the command prompt go to Start Menu & search for cmd. Right-click on the Command Prompt icon & click on run as Administrator.
f. Check the .NET Framework 4.6.1 is installed or not on the client system if not then copy the files from google drive and install. To check the .NET Framework version in the Start Menu search for Control panel then click on Uninstall a Program & then Click on Turn Windows feature on or off.
2. Prerequisite on the site before installation:
a. The biometric machine should be mounted only on a firm structure.
b. LAN connectivity has to be available near the place where the device has to be mounted. LAN Cable ( Cat 6 wire) is required for the connection between Biometric machines to PC ( through the switch ). Wiring from Access Control machine to Door lock and Exit Switch button can be done by using CAT 6 wire threads.
c. Powerswitch near the place where the device has to be mounted. Any other component required would be provided or payable by the customer.
d. An Electrician / IT person is required for connection of the wiring and door lock.
3. Installation steps:
a. Copy DLL files from the DLL folder & paste it in the System32 folder for 32 bit OS System and paste it in the SYSWOW64 folder for 64 bit OS System.
b. Register from CMD as Administrator (in 32-bit system & Syswow in 64 bit System) Type regsvr32 zkemkeeper.dll, netserver.dll & Biokey.ocx.
c. Copy Access Control application & paste it on the client computer. Make the shortcut of the application on the desktop.
d. You can double click the left button of your mouse on the FitnessForce application shortcut to start the application.
e. Enter the center ID & Machine key generated from Fitnessforce software. Click on the Enter button to start the initial sync.
f. Once the Sync is complete click on Menu & click on Add device.
g. Enter the bio-metric machine Friendly name & Ip Address then click on the Add button.
h. The FitnessForce access control application is installed successfully. You can start enrolling the staff & members.
