Appointment Attendance feature on access control application will enable you to capture all the appointments scheduled at your center through Suprema Biomini, ZK7500(Appointment plus), or Fujitsu Palm Vein machine device. e.g. If any member has purchased the Personal Training membership of 1 month 12 sessions. So through this feature, you can schedule the appointments and mark the appointment as “Attended”. By doing this the appointment marked as “Attended”, the software will deduct one session out of 12 sessions from the client’s membership.

 


  • Once the access control application is installed by the Fitnessforce team you can Start Fitnessforce Access Control Application from your desktop.


  • You will find the application shortcut on your desktop.


  • You can double click the left button of your mouse on the Fitnessforce application shortcut to start the application.



  • On the successful start of the application, you will get a splash screen with the message “Welcome to Access Woosh”.



  • The application will perform the initial sync automatically.



  • Once the sync is completed you will find multiple options on the menu screen. Note: If you’re not able to see the screen with all the menu options. Then you’ll find the MENU button on the top right corner of the application.


  • Click on the Appointment Attendance button to book an appointment.



  • As per step 1 ask the member to Place the Finger on the device sensor and place Palm in case of a PVM device. The application will show the member name.


  • As per Step 2 ask your trainer to Place the Finger on the device sensor and place Palm in case of a PVM device. The application will show the staff name.


  • Once the member & trainer name is displayed on the access control application click on the Next button.



  • To book a New appointment click on Create New Appointment button & you will be asked to fill further details.



  • Select the Appointment PurposeAppointment DateStart TimeEnd Time & Room as per the appointment details.


  • Click on the Create button to create a new appointment.


  • To book the existing appointment through.




  • You can click on Select Existing Appointment if the appointment was pre-booked with a trainer after validating members & trainer fingers. You will find the list of existing appointments now click on the Select button to verify the appointment details. 




  • After selecting the existing appointment you can click on Update to mark the appointment as attended. You will get confirmation as the Appointment updated successfully.


Note: Once you click on the Create button for creating a new appointment if the appointment purpose is a free purpose the appointment will get created else the access control application will check if the member has a valid session in the selected appointment date and will give you the respective error message.


FAQ’s


1. Can recurring appointments be created?

Ans. No. Recurring Appointments cannot be created. However, you can pre-create recurring appointments through web software.


2. Can the appointment be edited after creation?

Ans. Only the date and time can be edited after the appointment is created.
