Feedback option is available on the left menu, Which has three sections through which users can report issues. 1) Write To Us 2) Call Customer Service 3) App Feedback.


Using the “Write To Us” option users can raise issues related to the Gym e.g. broken equipment, non-functioning equipment, staff behavioral issues in writing. Using the 2nd option “Call Customer Service”, the users can get in touch with the customer support for their issues related to administration or their membership. The 3rd option could be used to send feedback related to application and will be used by application authorities for the improvement and the up-gradation of the application.


  • Click on the Sidebar.


  • Click on the Explore Center option.


  • Click on Write to Us.


  • Type your message in the Text Box.

  • Click on the + icon to add an attachment.

  • Click on Cancel Icon to remove the attachment.

  • Verify your Contact Details.

  • Click on Submit.


  • Click on the Call Customer Service option to dial to the club.


  • Click on App Feedback.


  • Type your message in the Text Box.

  • Click on the + icon to add an attachment.

  • Click on Cancel Icon to remove the attachment.

  • Verify your Contact Details.

  • Click on Submit.
