Any new user who wants to use the mobile app can download the app from the Play Store/App Store.
Below are the step to sign-up to the mobile app:
After installation choose the desired language from the language selection page.
After selecting the language the app will redirect the user to the page where the user can enter the mobile number to register himself as an enquiry.
Users can click the URL for “Terms & Conditions” on the same page before proceeding. Once the user accepts the terms & conditions the database will validate the user to be a member/enquiry or new lead.
If the mobile number does not match with the database, the app will redirect to the Sign-up page. Here the member will need to fill in details like first name, last name, email, date of birth, and also ask the member to select the club to purchase the membership.
After continuing from this page the app will redirect to the OTP page.
After entering the OTP sent on the mentioned mobile number and click on “Continue” it will redirect to the Dashboard of the center/club selected by the Enquiry at the time of Sign-up.
Choose the Desired Language.
Enter the Mobile Number that needs to be registered.
Click on “Terms & Conditions” to read the terms and conditions.
Click on Continue to Accept the Terms & Conditions and proceed.
Fill in the Required Details.
Click on the Sign-Up button.
Enter the OTP received on the mentioned mobile number.
Click on the Continue button.
Click on Resend OTP, in case, if not received.

Ans: Yes, once the required details are filled on the welcome page. You need to click on the Sign-Up button to save the details.
